Working and Anxious is a peer focused platform committed to helping young professionals and creatives get ahead at work and have a fulfilling life, despite living with anxiety.

We aim to achieve this through thoughtful content and peer support groups providing a safe space to share every experience with anxiety in any form.

Our initiative offers support, advice and a listening ear. We are aware that young people want to succeed and secure the bag and we are here to ensure this is achieved, working in line with SDG 3.
